The An Sibin certainly gets rolling in the wintertime with the English-speaking locals, as its cave-like downstairs setting provides a place to warm up from the cold. The bar staff and patrons are also quite warm if you have had enough of the trendy bar scene, and just want to meet a nice group of fellow drinkers. It is most well known, however, for its fantastic live music that takes place every Wednesday to Saturday night.
