Smallish in size, this particular museum has quite a lot to offer the homesick backpacker with little money: they have free internet access downstairs (although you have to wade through some information about the museum first), their café has the best brownies and chocolate chip cookies one can find in Frankfurt and admission?s always free. The museum itself is mostly the history of the German post and telephone system. Fun antiquated gadgets and post trucks can be found, but most of the museum is interactive videos that are only shown in German. However, audio tours can be purchased in English.
