One cannot visit Hamburg without making a stop at the famed Fischmarkt which began in 1703 and is one of Hamburg?s beloved traditions. While many aim to be there at the market?s opening straight from a night on the Reeperbahn, many also stroll in after a good night?s sleep. There is music and food in the large hall, and stands offering fish, fruit and vegetables, cheese, flowers and plenty of Hamburg souvenirs.
