Franco, the high-class Italian, owns two restaurants: the fine one on the ground floor here and the super-posh one hidden on the opposite side of the street on the first floor. Both offer food that is outstanding if somewhat overpriced, both have snobby waiters, both offer open-ended winelists with bottles over ?300, both are very elegant and popular.
